I’m feeling bittersweet today. I finished Harry Potter last night and absolutely loved it! This was, hands down, my favorite book in the collection. However, this also means that my journey with Harry has come to end.

Henry is just beginning the book and I am struggling with not being able to talk about all of the adventures that Harry, Hermione and Ron experienced – I want to talk about it!!!!!

On the Tim Front – Tim has taken big leaps in the right direction this weekend. The ICU Staff moved Tim into a new bed (much to Tim’s delight), he is more alert and communicating more frequently. This is good news of course but it means he’s starting to ask more questions and looking for an understanding of his condition. Chrissy has updated her blog all weekend, so feel free to take a peek to read about all of Tim’s achievements. Tim made my heart smile on Friday night when he said “hi Sheil” as I came into his room. Ahhh Tim always makes the ladies smile.

We’re two days from closing on the house – YEAH! We actually hopped in the car tonight to drive up and do one, last drive-by. It looks like they’re all moved out and the house is ready for our occupancy. I think we’re pretty ready too. Another weekend of solid packing and now we’re just sitting back waiting for the big day.
